Onvest acquires logistics center in Kirkkonummi
Onvest has made a new real estate investment and acquired from Noste.io a new logistics center being built for the Helsinki Shipyard. The property is located in the Sundsberg business area in Kirkkonummi, a key western logistics hub of the Helsinki metropolitan area.
The project developed by Noste.io is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of this year. SSA Toimitilat Oy is responsible for the construction of the project.

The acquisition of the logistics center accelerates the implementation of our real estate strategy. In recent years, despite the challenging property market, we have successfully divested assets that no longer fit our current strategy. We are aiming for significant growth in our real estate business and are therefore continuing to actively seek new or modern logistics, warehouse, and industrial properties to acquire in the Helsinki metropolitan area and its surrounding municipalities. Our investment capacity enables us to acquire several new properties, and we act decisively and quickly when suitable opportunities arise.
