Varte and Onvest have agreed on property transactions

Onvest has acquired ownership of a business premises of approximately 3,000 sqm, built by Varte in Järvenpää, which houses, among other spaces, Varte’s equipment centre. The next phase will see the development of two business premises projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area, with construction work planned to begin in the first half of 2026.

“The agreement with Onvest is extremely significant for us and lays the foundation for a longer-term partnership,” says Mikko Sirviö, Director responsible for business premises construction at Varte Oy. “The negotiations and practical cooperation have been smooth and fast, so together we can certainly provide high-quality spaces and bring added value to end users as well,” Sirviö sums up.
